Dans ton rôle d'Animateur.trice de jeu senior, tu vas...

• Appliquer les principes de l'animation pour créer des animations de haute qualité, en effectuant des modifications en fonction de la direction artistique
• Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe pour répondre aux besoins en animation et aux exigences liées au gameplay et au contenu cinématique
• Interagir activement avec les développeurs hors de ton domaine pour créer une expérience positive et productive pour tous
• Aider et fournir des retours constructifs à d'autres animateurs.trices
• Communiquer les besoins aux dépendances extérieures ou à l'équipe
• Intégrer et maintenir de manière constante ton travail dans le jeu

Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Senior Gameplay Animator, you will… 

• Apply animation principles to create high-quality animations, while making any changes based on artistic direction
• Work in collaboration with members of the team to address animation needs and requirements for gameplay and cinematic content
• Actively engage with developers outside of your discipline creating a positive and productive experience for all involved
• Assist and provide constructive feedback to other animators
• Communicate needs to any out-of-team or external dependencies
• Consistently integrate and maintain your work in the game

Qualifications

• Tu as plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle ou pertinente en tant qu'Animateur.trice de jeu
• Tu as de solides compétences en matière d'animation « hand keyed / keyframe »
• Tu démontres d'excellentes compétences en animation, montrant une solide compréhension des principes et un désir d'amélioration
• Tu maintiens une grande attention aux détails
• Tu es un collaborateur.trice autonome avec une forte éthique de travail et une attitude coopérative
• Tu possèdes la capacité de t'adapter au changement et d'accepter des retours constructifs
• Tu fais preuve d'excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prototypage
• Tu montres d'excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
• Tu communiques efficacement avec d'excellentes compétences à l'oral et à l'écrit
• Tu as des compétences avancées dans l'utilisation de Maya
• Tu as de l'expérience dans l'animation de jeux axés sur la première personne
• Tu as une passion pour les jeux vidéo et pour créer d'excellents jeux
• Tu es dédié à pousser la qualité de l'animation à un niveau supérieur

• You have 5+ years of professional or related experience as a Gameplay Animator
• You have strong hand keyed/keyframe animation skills
• You demonstrate outstanding Animation skills, displaying a strong understanding of the principles and a desire to improve
• You maintain a strong attention to detail
• You are a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude
• You possess an ability to adapt to change and accept constructive feedback
• You exhibit excellent problem-solving and prototyping skills
• You show excellent organization and time management skills
• You communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills
• You have proficient skills in Maya
• You bring experience animating on first-person-focused games
• You have a passion for gaming and making GREAT games
• You are dedicated to pushing animation quality to the next level

• Tu as de l'expérience dans l'animation de jeux axés sur la troisième personne
• Tu possèdes de l'expérience avec l'« animation graph »
• Tu as de l'expérience de travail avec la capture de mouvement dans Maya ou Motion Builder
• Tu as de l'expérience à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les programmeurs en intelligence artificielle et les programmeurs de jeu, comprenant les aspects techniques de l'IA et de la fonctionnalité du jeu

Bonus Skills 

• You have experience animating on third-person-focused games
• You possess animation graph experience
• You have experience working with motion capture in either Maya or Motion Builder
• You bring experience working closely with AI programmers and Gameplay programmers, understanding the technicalities of game AI and game functionality
