Human Resources Manager

Division: ZeniMax Media | Department: Administration | Location: Rockville , MD, US

ZeniMax Media is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our growing team in Rockville, MD. This position will support various departments throughout the Company, and qualified candidates must be comfortable providing support in functional areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition/employment, employee relations and performance management.

 

Responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition/Employment:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for all positions including sourcing high quality candidates and building talent pools for critical roles
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires

Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Manage employee relations at various levels of the organization and resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner 
  • Partner with employees and management to communicate and maintain various Human Resources policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Identify improvement opportunities, tailor solutions and facilitate initiatives to foster engagement

Performance Management:

  • Manage annual performance review process for departments and oversee merit process for employees within those departments

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with managers to assess, develop and deliver employee training presentations related to interviewing skills, performance reviews, management training, and other areas as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline 
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting/HRBP experience, preferably in a tech related industry
  • Strong employee relations and performance management experience
  • Experience with large scale, fast paced teams
  • Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Taleo
  • Excellent judgment and discretion 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing computer applications (Word, Excel, and HRIS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
