Associate Content Producer

The Associate Content Producer works in conjunction with a zone lead and the production team to ensure schedules are met, impediments resolved, and an outstanding game is delivered. Example duties include co-coordinating a zone team, managing a content or art pipeline, and helping with milestone planning and tracking.


  • Experience in game production or project management; MMO experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and departments of the organization
  • Experience supporting cross discipline team collaboration and problem solving
  • Self-motivated with a team focused, solutions oriented attitude
  • Proven ability to meet goals and objectives
  • Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities between projects
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Jira, and Confluence
  • Passion for making GREAT games


  • Support all processes that bring a game to market and assist with day-to-day aspects of game development
  • Coordinate and track individual and team tasks and report zone status to the Content Producer on a regular basis
  • Identify resources needed to complete quality deliverables on time
  • Keep team motivated and focused on goals and quality
  • Interface with multiple department heads to coordinate work on teams, scheduling, and information management
  • Provide status reports to production team and studio directors including suggestions for risk mitigation
  • Track and analyze metrics from development teams to help improve process and guide future scheduling decisions
  • Assist members of the production team as needed
