Overview

Arkane Studios based in Lyon, France is seeking a talented and experienced Live Producer to join us in making AAA games. The candidate will collaborate with all parts of the team to facilitate communication and negotiate priorities, particularly on the overall organizational success as the most highly-desirable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a producing position and 2+ years where you directly managed the operation of an online title
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Familiarity with cloud services and online game infrastructures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with cloud technologies and managing online services
  • Strong familiarity with Bethesda games

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the health of the 24/7 live game service
  • Manage scheduling, testing, deployment, and communication of game updates and hotfixes
  • Create procedures and standards for operating the live service to ensure minimal downtime and a consistent player experience
  • Collaborate with QA, Community, and Customer Service to triage issues found in the live environments
  • Prioritize department initiatives based on data drive decision making
  • Communicate product health/status with leadership group regarding product risks and challenges with solutions to address them
  • Coordinate large scale technical projects that require coordination with different business disciplines
  • Manage and grow external partner relationships

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical background
  • Familiarity with submission and publishing guidelines on major distribution platforms
  • Experience working with remote development teams
  • Experience managing the schedules and deliveries of third party and external groups
  • Experience doing product deploys and maintenance internationally
