Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

As Technical Producer, you will...

  • Ensure programmers complete sprint deliverables on schedule
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to project timelines or deliverables
  • Document and track programming team tasks, bugs, and stories
  • Communicate updates on project trajectory to internal leadership and stakeholders
  • Address production issues for a 24/7 Live operation


What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Producer for an engineering team on a live production service and or new service
  • You have working knowledge of project management and task management tools
  • You possess exceptional attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are able to communicate effectively with anyone at any level in the organization to ensure a good customer experience
  • You maintain a positive outlook; lead by example
  • You have the ability to find deliverables, action items, and requirements out of ambiguity
  • You adapt well to change
  • You are highly dependable and are able to build trusting relationships with programmers and leadership

Preferred Skills

Bonus Skills

  • You have experience with deploying changes to existing (live) products and new products
  • You have experience triaging and prioritizing emergent issues in a 24/7 production environment
  • You have a strong understanding of test processes
  • You have experience collaborating with all levels within an organization

Recruiter Call

Site Visit

The next step will be an invitation to come out and meet the team at the studio for onsite interviews.
